**Requirements:**

+ Bachelor of Science or Advanced degree in Environmental Engineering or a science/technical related discipline.

+ 3+ years of relevant experience

+ Thorough understanding of EPA regulations

+ Professional certifications, experience with ISO and other industry related standards and Risk Management Plan (RMP) is desirable.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Submitting and managing data that is required for chemical reporting including Chemical Data Reporting (CDR) rule under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), EPCRA Tier I/II Reporting, and Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) Sara 311-313.

+ Manages site compliance with the US EPA TSCA Chemical Substance Inventory.

+ Lead and execute a comprehensive approach to addressing Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) for compliance and reporting obligations.

+ Knowledge and application of National Volatile Organic Compound Emission Standards for Consumer and Commercial Products.

+ Responsible for chemical substance inventory and environmental data sheets.

+ Oversee NPDES compliance, implement SWPPP and SPCC at the Cincinnati Plant.

+ Develops and executes all regulatory required training in line with state and federal guidelines.
