Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Type of Employment: Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and submit essential data for chemical reporting, including compliance with the Chemical Data Reporting (CDR) rule under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), EPCRA Tier I/II Reporting, and the Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) Sara.
  • Ensure site adherence to the US EPA TSCA Chemical Substance Inventory regulations.
  • Lead initiatives to effectively address Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) compliance and reporting requirements.
  • Apply knowledge of National Volatile Organic Compound Emission Standards relevant to Consumer and Commercial Products.
  • Oversee the inventory of chemical substances and maintain environmental data sheets.
  • Supervise NPDES compliance and implement SWPPP and SPCC protocols at the facility.
  • Design and conduct all regulatory training as mandated by state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor of Science or advanced degree in Environmental Engineering or a related scientific/technical field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of pertinent experience.
  • A comprehensive understanding of EPA regulations.
  • Professional certifications and familiarity with ISO standards and Risk Management Plans (RMP) are advantageous.
