Position Summary

We are currently seeking a qualified Hazardous Material Assessor to be based in our Blue Ash (Cincinnati), Ohio office.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences, Natural Resources, or a related discipline. A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience is required, along with a current license for asbestos, lead-based paint, or radon in Pennsylvania, Ohio, or a neighboring state. Experience with Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with meticulous attention to detail, are essential. The ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment is crucial.

Our ideal candidate will be part of a specialized team conducting Hazardous Materials Assessments and testing across the continental United States. This role involves fieldwork and travel, with occasional overnight assignments lasting up to one week.

Work will take place in diverse environments, requiring the ability to climb ladders and navigate confined spaces. Candidates must be able to lift up to 40 pounds. While in-office attendance is necessary, remote work options may be available after 90 days based on job requirements. A valid driver's license is required.
