The

HR Manager (Benefits and Payroll Experience)

will play a crucial role in overseeing and administering all aspects of employee benefits and HR payroll related functions. Serve as liaison between HR, Benefits, Payroll/Accounting, and IT to ensure collaboration and cooperation. The role will collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely payroll and benefits processing while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Our Alpharetta based company is a $400 Million manufacturer and of Leisure Products. We are seeking a Human Resources Manager with experience in Benefits and Payroll (Experience in ADP a must)
Key Responsibilities:
Full Time
HRIS Benefits & Payroll Management (ADP Platform w/NetSuite Integration):
Payroll Management & Processing:
Knowledge of ADP Platform required .... can learn NetSuite.
Collect, verify, and input data to process payroll information for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain time and attendance systems to ensure accuracy and timeliness for payroll processing.
Execute processing of payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, raises) and system upgrades.
Develop systems to process payroll account transactions (e.g. salaries, benefits, garnishments, deductions, taxes, and third-party payments)
Ensure that cost center coding is aligned and synched with accounting for GL transactions.
In collaboration with PCRC team review employee salaries and mak ing

recommendations for adjustments based on job performance, market rates, or other factors. Provide market-related data.
Provide support to other financial personnel in an organization such as the accounting and reporting department.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.
Collaborate with Human Resources (HR) and accounting teams.
Benefits Administration:
Work with the senior management to analyze the current benefit program and provide recommendations to improve it
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
Assist employees with benefits inquiries, enrollment, and claims.
Conduct regular training and workshops to educate employees about benefit plans and answer any questions they might have
Coordinating with the companys insurance carrier to ensure that all employees are covered by appropriate insurance policies
Monitor benefits costs and seek cost-effective solutions.
Benefits related Invoice reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with all relevant benefit regulations.
Manage relationships with payroll and benefits service providers.
Evaluate vendor performance and make recommendations for improvements or changes.
Leave Administration
Serve as intake agent for all leave requests.
Working in coordination with BBQGUYS legal team for approval and processing.
Tracking of leave time off and employee follow up.
Compliance and Reporting:
Stay current with federal, state, and local employment and payroll laws and regulations.
Prepare and file required payroll and benefits reports, including tax filings.
Ensure compliance with Affordable Care Act (ACA) reporting requirements.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the payroll and benefits functions.
Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with IT to update and improve payroll and benefits systems.
Employee Communication:
Communicate changes in payroll and benefits programs to employees.
Provide guidance and support to employees regarding payroll and benefits-related inquiries.
Health & Wellness Programming and Management
Wellness Program Development:

Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive health and wellness programs tailored to the needs and interests of employees.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify wellness objectives and align programs with organizational goals.
Health Education and Promotion:

Conduct health education sessions, workshops, and seminars on various wellness topics. Promote healthy lifestyle choices, including nutrition, exercise, stress management, and preventative care.
Health Screenings and Assessments:

Organize and oversee health screenings, assessments, and biometric measurements for employees. Analyze health data to identify trends and areas of improvement.
Mental Health and Stress Management:

Advocate for mental health awareness and support programs.
Develop strategies and resources to help employees manage stress and build resilience.
Employee Engagement:

Create engaging wellness challenges, competitions, and activities to encourage employee participation. Foster a sense of community and camaraderie among employees.
Data Analysis and Reporting:

Collect and analyze wellness program data to assess effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations.
Prepare reports and presentations for management on program outcomes.
Policy Development:

Assist in the development and implementation of wellness-related policies and guidelines.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in human resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as a Payroll Manager or Benefits Manager, with at least 5-8 years experience
In-depth knowledge of payroll processing, benefits administration, and relevant employment laws.
Proficiency in payroll and benefits software and MS Office Suite.
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and analytical abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
