Quality Assurance Agent (QA) is responsible for assessing the quality of the performance of our call center associates who deal with our existing and potential customers.

Duties/Responsibilities: QA will monitor inbound and outbound call and email responses to assess associate's demeanor, technical accuracy, customer service performance, and conformity to company policies and procedures. Ensures the security of customer information and update reports. Performs other related duties as required. Create reports documenting errors and issues for fixing Successfully maintain weekly and monthly Performance Goals.

Requirements

Exceptional listening and analytical skills; Sharp attention to detail Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Basic understanding of state and federal laws pertaining to HIPAA Excellent organizational skills Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced, team environment. Develop quality assurance standards and company processes. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
