Job Overview

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure the highest standards of quality in our software products. This role involves working closely with various teams to validate and verify software functionality and performance.

Location: Hybrid

Interview Process: In-person interviews only

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop user acceptance testing scripts to validate software functionality.
  2. Create and execute comprehensive test cases, scripts, and plans, utilizing tools such as Azure DevOps.
  3. Conduct thorough system testing to identify any defects or issues.
  4. Review and approve test results to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  5. Prepare system change requests as necessary.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve system, data, or process-related issues.
  7. Generate queries and reports using various reporting tools.
  8. Oversee all aspects of quality assurance and testing to maintain high software quality in production releases.
  9. Collaborate with departmental teams to identify and resolve technical testing challenges.
  10. Design and implement an end-to-end testing strategy.
  11. Manage test plan activities to meet project objectives and ensure solutions function as intended.
  12. Assess the solution's functionality, performance, reliability, stability, and compatibility with other systems.
  13. Provide insights during production deployment reviews to ensure readiness.
  14. Participate in requirements gathering and review meetings to understand the products being tested.
  15. Engage in business requirement and functional specification reviews to address any discrepancies.
  16. Document requirements and update specifications to reflect any identified gaps.
  17. Deliver periodic reviews of testing outcomes to cross-functional teams and management.
  18. Perform additional related duties as required.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 7 years of experience in the software development lifecycle and testing processes.
  2. Proven ability to write effective test cases and scripts for at least 7 years.
  3. Experience in gathering, documenting, and testing business requirements for a minimum of 5 years.
  4. Experience in gathering, documenting, and testing functional requirements for at least 5 years.
  5. Desirable: 3 years of experience in change management.
  6. Desirable: 3 years of experience with Agile Development Methodology.
  7. Desirable: 3 years of experience using Test Manager.
  8. Desirable: 3 years of experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS/DevOps).
