Target salary range: $18.50 - $23.00 per hour
Position Status - Full-time, non-exempt (hourly)

Title: Quality Assurance Analyst

Reports To: Member Experience and Quality Assurance Manager


Purpose: The primary purpose of this position is to assist Atlanta Postal Credit Union to live out our Mission, “To help our members achieve financial success by providing exceptional products and service.” To play a key role in the quality assurance monitoring as it relates to the lending and operations business functions and member touch points.

Duties and Responsibilities

  2. Perform a variety of quality assurance reviews across departments to ensure controls are in place to avoid losses and meet regulatory requirements.
  3. Report key findings to departments and their key executives and collaborate to develop action plans for quality and process improvement.
  4. The ability to identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
  5. Comply with all aspects of BSA/AML and OFAC regulations as they relate to this position.
  6. Other duties as assigned.

Desired Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or minimum two years’ experience in the financial industry
  2. Strong communication and organization skills.
  3. Must be technologically proficient including Word, Excel and other applications relevant to your job.
  4. Must be attentive to detail and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  5. The flexibility and independence to work in a changing and unstructured environment. Ability to work independently.
  6. Ability to address issues and effect change effectively.
  7. Well diverse knowledge of all areas of the credit union.
  8. Good problem solving and analytical skills.
  9. Minimal travel required


Required Qualifications:

  1. Must be able to maintain confidentiality.


Physical Job Requirements:

Must be physically able to operate a variety of automated office machines such as calculator, computer, printer, facsimile, telephone, copier, etc. Must be able to stand, bend and stoop as needed. Must be able to lift and/or carry weights of 20 to 50 pounds.
