Front Office

Hours: Monday-Wednesday 8:00am-5:00pm
Duties/Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or take a message
- Greet Clients and Applicants as they walk in the door making them feel welcome.
- Keep lobby area clean and presentable with all necessary materials (Pens, Forms, Paper, Business Cards, Etc.)
- Assist our recruiters with pulling applications and contacting applicants
- Assist wih Recruiting
- Enter all incoming calls on the Daily Call Log/Work availability list using Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge and use of email's to correspond if needed.
- Make sure copy machine is fully stocked
- Take the initiative and be a self starter
- Be a Team Player
- Assist with other duties as needed
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge and Use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Email, Word, Teams, etc.)
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills
- Good people skills
- Problem Solving Skills
- Customer Service Oriented
- HS Diploma/GED Required
- Reliable Transportation
- Familiarity with office machines (Fax,Printer,etc.)
- Read/Write and Understand English
- Data Entry Skills
