Medical Front Office Admin
LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Medical Front Office Admin for our healthcare client located in Dana Point. This role will be 100% onsite, full time position and will be a contract-to-hire opportunity.
The position will be focused on performing front office administrative duties and being the first and last touch point for our client's patients. Duties include patient check in and out, scheduling patient appointments, assisting in getting referrals for patients, updating patient demographics, and insurance verification. Interested candidates must be able to give a great patient experience
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 1 year customer service/admin experience required - this is a great foot in the door opportunity to gain healthcare experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office required
Skills
Excellent customer service skills, including in-person and phone etiquette
Able to create a welcoming environment for others
Strong multitasking skills and ability to adapt throughout the day
Ability to meet production metrics as outlined by management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Can work well within multiple software systems
Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
