We are looking for a friendly, outgoing Receptionist / Administrative Assistant who is detail-oriented and can juggle tasks amidst constant interruption. This individual is critical to the organization and will uphold our exceptional focus on customer service to our customers, visitors, and employees.

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday

Job Responsibilities:
  • Data entry of new client files
  • Auditing of client files and job requests
  • Customer welcome calls
  • Ensuring all customer and sales rep documentation is accurate and completed promptly
  • Cover all front desk duties:
  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
  • Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
  • Maintain phone system and all incoming calls
  • Maintaining employee and department directories- Rosters, Phone lists, etc.
  • Maintain the reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
  • Keep a safe office space by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Copy, file, and maintain paper or electronic documents and records: process Job cancels letters, Reject letters, etc.
  • Maintain and process any HR-related paperwork needed
  • Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail, processing shipments
  • Bank deposits
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications is a must.
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
  • Ability to keep information highly confidential
  • Must be well-organized, accurate, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to interact with all levels of staff
  • Project a professional demeanor always
