The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing product or service information, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Strong communication skills, patience, and a positive attitude are key traits for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Address customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve complaints or issues.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and provide further assistance if needed.
