Extensive knowledge of the construction process

The drive to be a member of a team works well with other employees as well as trade partners, and leads carpenters with a positive attitude

Must be timely, reliable, and presentable at all times

Job duties:

Managing all types of building projects from start to finish

Supervising carpenters and trade partners to ensure quality work and that projects are staying on schedule while maintaining a positive morale

Working closely with the office staff to ensure that all records are updated and accurate, including any scope of work changes

Constant communication with our clients to ensure an exceptional experience while producing the highest of quality project, on time

Managing Buildertrend software daily with project updates

Abilities required:

Reading and understanding blueprints produced by architects or designers

Keeping track of multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organization and structure

Setting realistic time-bound deadlines and work with trade partners to ensure that deadlines are met

Position includes the following upon hire:
