Job Overview
The Construction Project Leader plays a crucial role in overseeing construction activities through both internal teams and contracted labor, ensuring the successful execution of construction initiatives. This position is accountable for maintaining safety standards and ensuring the quality of work performed by the crew.

Essential Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of the telecommunications sector.
- OSHA 30 certification required within the initial onboarding period.
- Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of the construction crew or vendors on-site.
- Uphold company policies and procedures; implement disciplinary measures when necessary.
- Interpret specifications, including blueprints, to ascertain construction requirements and plan methodologies.
- Monitor work progress, equipment, and project sites to ensure safety and compliance with specifications.
- Measure and mark site locations for the placement of structures or equipment using appropriate tools.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and other departments or contractors to address issues and coordinate efforts.
- Mentor team members in construction techniques, equipment operation, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Foster positive employee relations through effective communication and support.
- Assist workers engaged in construction or excavation tasks using hand tools or machinery.
- Organize or delegate equipment repairs as necessary.
- Review and manage damage claims.
- Adhere to and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Utilize industry-specific software for project-related information.

Additional Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction.
- Familiarity with safety regulations as per OSHA standards.
- Preferred experience in Underground, Aerial, MDU, Coax Splicing, or Fiber Splicing.
- Working Conditions: Field environment with flexible scheduling based on operational needs; participation in on-call rotation.
