Position Overview:
The Construction Operations Coordinator is tasked with reconciling billing activities conducted by our field personnel and managing customer invoicing.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigating work order history and communicating findings to field personnel.
  • Finalizing completed tasks in the database for invoicing purposes.
  • Inputting labor codes into the billing systems.
  • Monitoring special projects through spreadsheets.
  • Compiling and distributing reports to various departments and clients.
  • Consistently supporting initiatives to enhance customer experience and fulfill work requests.
  • Providing clear and concise communication across various organizational levels.
  • Performing all duties in accordance with production and quality standards.
  • Ensuring timely, accurate, and complete reporting.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as required.
  • Experience in the telecommunications or cable industry is advantageous.
Work Environment: Office setting with flexibility for extended hours.
