  • Financial Monitoring: Review monthly estimates and actively follow up on outstanding receivables.
  • Reporting: Maintain comprehensive reports and databases to monitor project progress.

Qualifications:

  • Education: An associate or bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Key Attributes: The ideal candidate should be highly driven, detail-oriented, exceptionally organized, possess a positive demeanor, and demonstrate a strong eagerness to learn.
  • Time Management: Proven ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Conflict Resolution: Skills in resolving conflicts to effectively address project challenges.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HCSS, Vista, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project.
