Responsibilities include:
  • Pull and analyze Escrow Reports from Horizon XE
  • Update customer records as needed
  • Assist the team with researching and confirming published tax cards from city/county tax authorities associated with escrowed accounts.
  • Assist with the implementation of Corelogic's Residential Tax Services Solution
  • Adheres to all policies of the Bank and ensures confidential treatment of all Bank and client data.
  • Complies with all applicable federal, state, and local banking and industry related laws and regulations including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act.
  • Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
