Job Description:

webAI's marketing team is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to help drive webAI's marketing and operations initiatives. The role is responsible for supporting a wide variety of marketing functions including planning, strategy, data management, reporting, and marketing operations. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will have the opportunity to build processes and programs from the ground up. We're looking for someone with past startup experience, but also understands scale and can swiftly navigate change.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and optimize the marketing tech stack and systems to ensure efficient execution across all marketing channels (e.g., Hubspot, Google Analytics, Webflow).
  • Partner with the Head of Marketing to develop marketing strategy and plan, execute and analyze marketing performance across channels.
  • Establish and maintain scalable and attributable processes for campaign and lead management for both inbound and outbound marketing.
  • Implement and manage new marketing automation programs in Hubspot, including audience list creation, lead capture, routing rules, and reporting templates.
  • Ensure marketing practices comply with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR) and maintain data privacy and security standards.
  • Support in the management of the marketing budget, track expenditures, and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Requirements and Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in a Business Operations, Analytics, Consulting, or Strategy/Insights role with expertise in leading cross-functional projects.
  • Strong proficiency with marketing technology, including HubSpot, and readiness to integrate AI into the marketing tech stack.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, navigate SQL queries, and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Passionate about efficiency, process, and data, with a strong track record of building and maintaining scalable marketing operations.
  • Highly organized, clear communicator, and strong presenter.
