Job Description: The Assistant General Manager (AGM) will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the hotel, with a particular focus on our food and beverage services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: Assist the General Manager in overseeing all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage departments. Lead and manage the food and beverage team to ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability. Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Train, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve their full potential. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, with a strong emphasis on food and beverage operations. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
