Anticipate and eliminate barriers to success. Set accountabilities across teams and follow up on action items. Provide recognition for successes around initiatives. Collaborate across the OEM organization teams to identify opportunities for process enhancement. Work with the OEM team to develop the master plan and subsequent strategies for the implementation. Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, engineering, and other teams to understand the current performance challenges, while developing sound solution strategies Partner with internal and external consultants to effectively support and implement initiatives. Engage and inspire teams at all levels and across functions to achieve results. Build and maintain organizational support at all levels for key initiatives. Development of the Continuous Improvement Strategy Plan, facilitate, and execute continuous improvement activities, such as Kaizen events, to optimize. Develop and implement strategies for process improvement, waste removal, and cost reduction performance. Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented changes and ensure sustainable improvements. Identify, track, and communicate the metrics that will measure progress. Lead and Develop Talent Elevate the OEM team proficiency and utilization of the right processes and toolsets to solidify the operations. Develop and deliver training as needed to build knowledge and awareness across the plant.
