Senior Tech Business Manager
to join our team at Globant
What will help you succeed:
Consulting experience preferred, strong ability to connect with both business & technology stakeholders
Background/experience in retail & restaurant hospitality technology, specifically Point of Sale
POS specific experience - working with customized, packaged POS solutions acceptable, bespoke preferred - highly scalable distributed transaction heavy applications preferred
Extensive experience and understanding of various POS use cases specific to restaurant / food & beverage services
POS implementation and change management experience preferred (not just run/maintain)
Deep understanding of business and technical drivers behind POS products & platforms
Understanding of technical and compliance requirements of POS systems & platforms - domestic & international a plus
Experience leading teams through complex transformation programs
Ability to be flexible and adjust to both Globant and client needs
Globant reasonably expects the annual base compensation for this role to be between $150,000 to $175,000. Specific offer details are determined by carefully considering a variety of factors, including the candidate’s primary work location, skills, experience, education, market demands, and internal parity.
For US-based employees, benefits include 100% medical, dental, and vision coverage for the employee and a smaller percentage for their dependents; annual discretionary bonuses; 401(k) retirement planning (including company match upon eligibility); paid time off/sick leave; paid holidays; family planning and leave benefits; an opportunity to participate in our employee stock purchase program; life insurance; and short- and long-term disability benefits.
