Are you looking for a great company culture and to work with a company that likes to be engaged with and supportive of the local community?We are a fast-growing company seeking employees to grow with us We take our culture very seriously and emphasize fun, friendliness, collaboration, and initiative in our fast-paced environment.For our Sales Account Manager position, we are primarily looking for someone who enjoys building positive relationships with clients and prospective clients and who can bring those relationship skills to sales.ResponsibilitiesMeet or exceed assigned sales quota by executing the sales cycle, setting up closing appointments, maintaining assigned commercial contact lists, participating in professional associations, providing lunch-and-learns, and promoting continuing education coursesComplete Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) and discuss benefits of emergency event preparationBuild commercial customer relationships and rapport by educating them on the reasons SERVPRO is the number one restoration companyCompile and maintain commercial center of influence (COI) information and identify Target 25 (Top 25 contacts to develop into clients)Monitor and follow up on all assigned jobs, ensuring customer needs are metMonitor loss activity and priority responding to generate work from these opportunitiesAttend, coordinate, and promote marketing, networking, and continuing education eventsConduct objective-to-objective daily marketing contactsProvide owners and marketing managers with one-on-one meetings (closing appointments) with commercial COIs to encourage SERVPRO referralsIncrease sales territory revenue by consistently achieving sales territory goalsQualificationsA minimum 2+ years of progressively responsible business-to-business sales experienceExperience with commercial sales and marketing within the service sector.Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry isdesiredBenefitsCompetitive salaryMonthly commission bonusesHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceLife insurance401(k) with company matchEmployee Assistance ProgramOngoing training and development#J-18808-Ljbffr
