Technical Support Representative

Full-Time, Hourly, Tipton or Sunrise Beach, MO

The Technical Support Representative supports the member and subscribers experience, by providing first and second tier technical assistance, and providing outstanding service for a high level of member and subscriber satisfaction. The Technical Support Representative promotes positive public relations through knowledgeable, responsive, and courteous interactions with current and potential subscribers, contractors, vendors, and the general public to fulfill the goals of Co-Mo Connect.

On a regular basis you will:
  • Opening and responding to trouble tickets
  • Assisting members and subscribers with hardware and software needs
  • Diagnosing and resolving tier 1 and tier 2 voice, data, video, streaming, and connectivity trouble tickets.
  • Work Monday- Friday 8am-4:30pm
