Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Engage with diesel truck owners via phone, email, and chat to provide product information, answer questions, and assist with purchases.
- Sales Expertise: Drive sales by effectively communicating the benefits of Pusher Intakes products tailored to customer needs.
- Technical Knowledge: Leverage your deep understanding of diesel engine mechanics and aftermarket performance parts to offer insightful advice and recommendations.
- Order Management: Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely shipment and delivery.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring swift resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to inform product development and improve customer experience.
Requirements
- Passion for Diesel Trucks: A genuine enthusiasm for diesel trucks and aftermarket performance enhancements.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of diesel engine mechanics and familiarity with aftermarket parts.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively.

Previous sales experience is not required, but preferred.
