Maintain all firm-wide bank accounts. Establish and evaluate new banking relationships with internal and external stakeholders Cash Flow Operations: Oversee overnight cash management activities, including investment pipeline monitoring, currency balances, and unsettled trades. Track cash movements related to non-investment activities (e.g., contributions, withdrawals, fees). Ensure accurate recording of all cash transactions and resolve any discrepancies with banks. Finalize and implement a TMS system Support system integration efforts between the Treasury system and other platforms. Investigate and resolve cash breaks between the company and banking institutions. Provide centralized oversight and data integrity for settled and traded cash balances and transactions. Centralize processing, tracking, and auditing of cash and wire movements, including collateral management, delayed draw fundings, deal closing, and expense payments. Manage portfolio-level credit facility data, servicing, cash flow management, and reconciliations, including automated borrowing base modeling, testing, calculation, and maintenance Liquidity Planning and Stakeholder Engagement: Prepare liquidity forecasts for Accounting and Financial Planning and Analysis Teams, managing all inputs and reconciliations (e.g., starting cash balances, asset borrowings/repayments, capital activity, deployment pipeline, and trade settlements). Standardize liquidity reporting for both internal and external stakeholders. Respond to inquiries about cash availability and liquidity needs. Qualifications: At least 7 years of experience in global capital markets or investment management firms, with a focus on Treasury Operations, Cash Management, and/or Accounting. Preferred experience in Real Estate or Private Equity Strong understanding of liquidity forecasting and cash modeling. Familiarity with platforms like Hazeltree, Everest, Wall Street Office, Geneva, and/or IVP data management. Intermediate technical skills (VBA, SQL, Excel, Power BI) are advantageous. Understanding of corporate finance and alternative investments is preferred. Experience working with financial intermediaries such as investment banks, leverage providers, broker/dealers, and Prime Brokers is preferred.
