We are seeking a skilled and motivated Food Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food engineering and manufacturing processes, with a passion for improving efficiency, quality, and safety in food production. Key Responsibilities: Review and monitoring of current processes to optimize efficiency Scheduling of routine maintenance Troubleshooting any issues with plant systems Writing of internal SOPs Analysis of potential improvements Oversight of improvement or installation projects Supervision of junior staff Development and implementation of preventative maintenance Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in food manufacturing or a similar industry Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations (e.g., HACCP, FDA) Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Work Schedule:

Monday-Thursday 6 am - 4:30 pm, Some Friday hours Salary:

$100,000/year
