This specialist provides guidance and configuration services to deploy fundraising campaigns via organizations and events, integrations to CRM, and consultative support to organizations implementing campaigns. The Fundraising System Specialist role will act as the primary liaison between United Way's fundraising teams and Information Technology to ensure smooth deployment and operation of electronic campaign initiatives.Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) of available product offerings; helps the organization understand options, processes, and responsibilities.Project manage implementing the electronic system(s) for corporate campaigns or fundraising initiatives.Ensure appropriate system setup (s), training, testing, support/troubleshooting, and data integration.Maintain and conduct process/system training for internal staff and external partners as needed.Support departmental initiatives by maintaining best practices for each system and campaign, as well as overall process documentation for each system.Support strategic initiatives by conducting appropriate system research/testing to keep up with new releases and changing business needs.Manage business success help desk inbox; direct inquiries to other team members as needed.RequirementsA bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field.A minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a software trainer, public speaker, or similar work experienceA minimum of 1-3 years of experience managing projectsA minimum of 1-3 years of experience using a CRM system Please follow the link below to review the entire job description before applying.
