In this role, the Manager, Organizational Learning & Development will partner with our Sr. Manager, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging (DEIB) & Experience to oversee the development of corporate and leader training programs across the enterprise, manage the facilitation of talent assessment and management processes, drive change management initiatives, and ensure existing programs support organizational goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization. Metric Driven: Ability to analyze complex organizational issues and develop data-driven solutions. Demonstrated experience in designing and facilitating training programs and workshops. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify root causes of organizational issues and develop effective interventions. Knowledge of change management principles and the ability to navigate and manage organizational change. Proficient in using various organizational development tools and assessments. Strong leadership and influencing skills to drive change and gain buy-in from stakeholders. High level of professionalism and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information. Experience to drive change: Bachelor's degree in IO Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master's Degree is a plus. Experience in healthcare, primary care and/or urgent care, working with Clinical Staff and/or Physicians. Experience in decentralized / geographically dispersed environments with majority front-line staff (healthcare, retail, manufacturing, etc.) Experience managing a variety of learning methodologies, including classroom training, e-learning, coaching, and experiential learning opportunities to achieve desired results. Formal training/experience in Adult Learning, Human Performance, Behavior Science, People Science, Organizational Change, Training Delivery, and Training Evaluation 5+ years of experience creating and maintaining training curriculum / coursework is required. 5+ years of experience in learning and development 3+ years of experience managing talent and succession planning, high potential talent programs, leader competencies. Proven experience in organizational development, change management, or a related field, preferably in a leadership role. Certification in organizational development or a related field is highly desirable (i.e., Change Management, Talent Development, Coaching, 360 feedback) Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications, Workday/Workday Learning preferred. Ability to travel as required to support organizational development initiatives.
