Our College Administrative Support Specialist will work in the back end to support students, field experience coordinators, academic leadership, program directors, academic advisors, as well as other departments in the college. So we're looking for engaging, warm, and enthusiastic people who will support students and various department needs. Our team operates on a Monday - Friday, 8am-4:30pm schedule. The starting pay range will be between $20-21/hr and we promote career progression opportunities. Day in the Life: Assist nursing students with completing and gaining approval for practicum applications Process and maintain student field experience files, field experience applications, preceptor information, and field placement site information Assist in maintaining communications about practicum experience policies and procedures to students, academic advising, program directors, and faculty/specialization coordinators Communicate with students via electronic methods to counsel and advise students across nursing programs on field experience information, requirements, policies, and procedures Prepare, complete, and maintain reports, files, and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
