Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide training and onboarding support for research administrators and faculty, ensuring they are well-versed in university policies and procedures.
  • Assist pre-award teams during periods of absence or when additional support is required for large grant proposals.
  • Oversee the internal grant approval process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and submitted accurately.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Research Administration to enhance communication regarding CAS research outputs, including website updates and funding reports.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) is required.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in research administration or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong project management and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in training or teaching is advantageous.
