Job Description

Find your purpose with CentraCare working as an LPN or CMA at our Richmond Clinic In this role you will room patients for various clinic visits, communicate results and relevant medical information to patients and ensure the day-to-day activities of the clinic are completed efficiently and on time among many other duties.

To be successful in this position, you will need to work well both independently and with others, have the desire and ability to communicate well with coworkers, patients and their families. You should have the ability to assess, problem solve and handle tasks as they arise.

This position may have the occasional need to float to our Paynesville and Eden Valley Clinics as needed.
  • Schedule
    • Full-time | 72 hours every two weeks | Richmond Clinic
    • Monday - Friday | 7:30 am - 5 pm
    • Approximately every 10th Saturday | 7:45 am - 12 pm
  • Pay and Benefits
    • $19.66 or more per hour for LPNs and $18.62 or more per hour for CMAs. Pay determined by experience.
    • $2,500 (LPN), $2,000 (CMA) hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation bonus for eligible candidates

  • Qualifications
    • Licensed Practical Nurse
      • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
      • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Minnesota required.
      • Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy

        OR
    • Medical Assistant
      • Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program
      • Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card
      • Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) with one of the following:
      • American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA)
      • American Medical Technologists (AMT)
      • Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA)
      • National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)
      • National Healthcareer Association (NHA)
      • National Association for Health Professionals, Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA)
      • Nationally Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA)


Must provide proof of pass notification prior to start with verification of official certification or registration within 3 months of exam date

To be eligible for the hiring bonus and relocation assistance, you must be an external candidate who has not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire and be hired into an eligible full-time or part-time benefited position. Relocation assistance also requires that you currently live more than 50 miles from the Richmond Clinic and move within 30 miles of it within 120 days of employment. CentraCare pay promotions to include but not limited to, hiring bonus and relocation assistance may be discontinued at any time due to business needs.
