Brand Marketing Manager

Location: Sandy Springs, GA - Onsite

As we continue our remarkable journey of growth, with a staggering 130+% year-over-year expansion for the past 5 years, we are on the lookout for an exceptional Brand Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team.

The Brand Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in our expansion by developing compelling brand positioning, messaging, visual identity, and collateral. This position will have two direct reports (project coordinator & marketing coordinator) along with access to all relevant technologies, resources, and budget to achieve their assigned goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with Serenity Healthcare's overall business goals and mission.
  • Define and refine the positioning of the Serenity Healthcare brand in the market, ensuring a clear and compelling identity.
  • Craft and communicate consistent brand messaging across all channels, ensuring alignment with the company's values and mission.
  • Oversee the visual identity of the brand, including logo, design elements, and brand guidelines, to maintain a cohesive and recognizable image.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to develop compelling brand stories that resonate with the target audience.
  • Manage the creation of marketing collateral, ensuring it reflects the brand's identity and effectively communicates key messages.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences while analyzing data to derive insights and inform strategic brand decisions.
  • Oversee brand representation at events and sponsorships, ensuring alignment with brand values and goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders such as field sales and physicians as it relates to marketing activities and performance.
  • Manage and mentor a project specialist while overseeing all project management related to the marketing department.
Key Qualifications
  • A minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience as a Brand Marketing Manager, or similar role, with a track record of successfully developing and executing brand strategies.
  • Strong expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies that align with business goals and mission.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with the ability to craft compelling brand stories and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Proven track record leveraging project management tools while collaborating with internal team members to hit project deadlines.
  • Experience in overseeing and managing visual brand identity elements, including logos, design, brand guidelines, and website.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
  • Experience in conducting market research to inform brand strategies, and the ability to analyze data for insights.
  • Ability to foster a culture of brand advocacy among internal teams, ensuring alignment with brand values and messaging.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to provide guidance, training, and education to internal teams on brand messaging and identity.
