As we continue our remarkable journey of growth, with a staggering 130+% year-over-year expansion for the past 5 years, we are on the lookout for an exceptional Director of Brand Marketing to join our dynamic marketing team.

The Brand Marketing Director will play a pivotal role in our expansion by developing compelling brand positioning, messaging, visual identity, and collateral. This position will have three direct reports along with access to all relevant technologies, resources, and budget to achieve their assigned goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with Serenity Healthcare's overall business goals and mission.
  • Define and refine the positioning of the Serenity Healthcare brand in the market, ensuring a clear and compelling identity.
  • Craft and communicate consistent brand messaging across all channels, ensuring alignment with the company's values and mission.
  • Oversee the visual identity of the brand, including logo, design elements, and brand guidelines, to maintain a cohesive and recognizable image.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to develop compelling brand stories that resonate with the target audience.
  • Manage the creation of marketing collateral, ensuring it reflects the brand's identity and effectively communicates key messages.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences while analyzing data to derive insights and inform strategic brand decisions.
  • Oversee brand representation at events and sponsorships, ensuring alignment with brand values and goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders such as field sales and physicians as it relates to marketing activities and performance.
  • Manage three direct reports while maintaining oversight and project management across the entire marketing department.
Key Qualifications
  • A minimum 7+ years of demonstrable experience as a senior brand leader, or similar role, with a track record of successfully developing and executing brand strategies.
  • Proven track record managing direct reports in a full-time capacity.
  • Strong expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies that align with business goals and mission.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with the ability to craft compelling brand stories and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Proven track record leveraging project management tools while collaborating with internal team members to hit project deadlines.
  • Experience overseeing and managing visual brand identity elements, including logos, design, brand guidelines, and website.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
  • Experience in conducting market research to inform brand strategies, and the ability to analyze data for insights.
  • Ability to foster a culture of brand advocacy among internal teams, ensuring alignment with brand values and messaging.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to provide guidance, training, and education to internal teams on brand messaging and identity.
