Job Summary: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues or complaints. Essential Functions Customer service Answer calls/emails Order Entry Process manual orders Process manual Purchase Orders to be sent to vendor for placement Process Order Hold Process Order Fulfillment Process Internal Data Sets Competencies: Communication skills. Customer service skills. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
