Research The Prospect Research Manager identifies, researches, and analyzes information on prospective major donors and leads the project management of the capital campaign to report the campaign recommendations to internal and external constituencies. The Manager will serve as the primary contact, run prospect meetings, and provide research support

to the Development team at Habitat for Humanity Seattle-King & Kittitas Counties. The Prospect Research Manager qualifies and screens potential donors and proactively identifies new prospective major and principal gift donors to enhance move management. This is a hybrid role. * Demonstrated ability in research techniques such as prospect identification, data mining, and relationship mapping * Familiarity with moves management, the donor and gift lifecycle, push technology resources and electronic screening tools * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Must be able to analyze, interpret, synthesize, and present complex information effectively * Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities * Experience with fundraising databases such as Raiser's Edge or other donor databases, IWave, and online information and screening services. * Knowledge of best practices in database management * Professionalism handling confidential donor and prospect information * Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; Office 365, including OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams EXPERIENCE: Two years experience in Prospect Research or in the Advancement field. Experience with Wealth Screenings using ResearchPoint, DonorSearch, or other wealth screening tools Analytical skills with proven ability to perform complex analyses using data mining techniques to identify philanthropic patterns and tendencies in the constituent database
