If you're a Clinical Supervisor looking for a new opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional environment where your talent contributes to changing people’s lives, then we want to talk to you. This position requires collaborating with physicians, other medical providers, and patients by providing expert care and service for fertility treatments.
We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Clinical Supervisor to work in our busy DC office located on K Street. The schedule is working Monday through Friday, day time hours, with occasional holidays and weekends. (2 holidays and 4 weekend days per year)
How You'll Contribute:
We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn’t specifically our “job.” In general, the Clinical Supervisor is responsible for:
Helps to plan and organize Clinical Services responsibilities to increase staff efficiency and best utilize the staffs’ skills and abilities
Helps to set goals for Clinical Services staff and motivates staff to accomplish the goals
Coordinates the effective delivery of patient services by monitoring patient flow and program operations.
Assists with the training and orientation of staff.
Administers performance appraisal evaluations for clinical staff
Assists in addressing and resolving day-to-day issues that pertain to clinical operations.
Assists primary nurses with coverage as needed and monitors workloads
Handles patient issues/complaints
What You'll Bring:
The skills and education we need are:
Valid DC RN License or willing to obtain upon hire.
BS in nursing, healthcare administration, education, or business management required.
Minimum 2 years prior
Supervisory/Management
experience and demonstrated leadership qualities and activities required; 3-5 years preferred
Experience in women’s health required; Fertility experience preferred
Ability to work well independently and demonstrate good judgment along with the ability to function as a member of a multi-disciplinary healthcare team
Knowledge of clinical procedures, program operations, computer software, and equipment.
