We are searching for compassionate and energetic individuals to join our team We are seeking a Full-Time Patient Representative in our Midtown Charlotte office. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of customer service experience; medical office customer service is highly favored. Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment while insuring excellent patient care. Must be able to work as part of a cohesive team, maintain accuracy and be dependable. Checks in patients, collects payments, verifies and/or updates insurance. Obtains proper insurance documentation and demographic information. Processes new patient paperwork and/or updated paperwork. Follows established procedures to prepare for upcoming appointments. Explains insurance authorization to patients as necessary. Schedules follow up appointments as requested by physician Counts Petty cash and documents on log. Complies with all our processes and HIPAA regulations. Applies our values in decision-making and interactions with all individuals. Promotes a positive work environment through effective teamwork.
