Here, you will make an impact by: * Supporting 3M district performance goals by managing staff to achieve districts annual financial and strategic goals assigned to negative pressure wound therapy and other focused products * Hiring, developing, onboarding, and retaining high-performing acute and post-acute positions * Implementing district-level strategic sales deployment and direction plans for district Territory Managers, Territory Representatives, and Territory Coordinators * Monitoring, tracking, and improving key performance indicators * Managing transition process from acute to post-acute care * Managing key strategic account relationships * Completing essential business tracing requirements such as managing expenses within assigned districts budget to ensure that operating margin goals are achieved, completing required reports within designated timeframes * Resolving account billing, inventory management, and contract renewal issues **Company Vehicle** This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position (if applicable) **Your Skills and Expertise** To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: * Bachelors Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution * Eight (8) years sales related experience in sales, management, or key accounts * Current and valid drivers license Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: * Sales experience in medical device and/or other healthcare-related field in a private, public, government, or military environment * Previous wound care experience * Experience with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook * Previous operating room / surgical device sales experience * Previous, demonstrated sales management experience **Travel: May include up to 10-15% domestic** **Relocation Assistance: May be authorized** **Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).** **Supporting Your Well-being** 3M offers many programs to help you live your best life
