In addition, TKE is undergoing a Sales/Service Transformation initiative where we're implementing Salesforce for both CRM and Field Services; CPQ is a key enabler and integration point for the successful quote to execution cycle. Specific knowledge and experience in CPQ is essential to success for this role, which will work closely with TKE business partners in the sales and supporting organizations to facilitate effective and seamless execution from customer quote through manufacturing. CRM experience is a secondary yet desired skillset as well given TKE's application landscape and transformation goals. Lead CPQ and CRM Implementations: Deliver end-to-end implementations of CPQ and CRM solutions, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment, ensuring successful integration with existing systems and processes. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and IT to gather requirements, design solutions, and drive adoption. Technical Competencies: Proficiency in modern CPQ platforms. Oracle CPQ is ideal; ConfigIT or Salesforce CPQ platforms are also desirable. In-depth understanding of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce CRM. Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools like Marketo or other lead management and campaign execution.
