Your expertise will directly impact deal efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support Hub: Serve as the central point of contact for the sales team, managing opportunity flow and addressing inquiries related to quotes, contracts, and customer support.
- Quote Management: Collaborate with Sales and customers to analyze pricing structures, product configurations, and applicable discounts, ensuring quotes are accurate and timely.
- Contract Accuracy: Conduct thorough checks on all quotes and contracts to identify discrepancies, correcting them promptly to ensure error-free documentation.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain organized, accessible records of quotes, contracts, and related documents, supporting compliance and easy retrieval of information.
- Data Management: Enter and update account information in ERP and CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness for all new equipment sales.
- Sales Reporting: Generate ad-hoc sales and pricing reports as needed to support business insights and decision-making.
- RFI/RFP/RFQ Support: Assist in the preparation and submission of information for Request for Information, Proposals, and Quotes.
- Sales Process Expert: Act as a subject matter expert on sales processes, policies, and pricing, offering guidance to the team on complex deals.
- Process Improvement: Participate in cross-functional team meetings to implement process enhancements and continually improve operational efficiency.
- Data Quality: Proactively monitor and clean master data in applicable systems, ensuring the integrity of business data and addressing any anomalies.
What You Bring:
- Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: You are comfortable building and maintaining strong working relationships with Sales and internal departments, and you communicate clearly and confidently.
- Sales Operations Experience: You have 2-3 years of experience supporting sales teams in a deal desk, sales operations, or commercial sales support function.
- Analytical Mindset: You bring exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
- Tech Savvy: You are proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and have strong Excel skills. Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred.
- Detail-Oriented & Organized: You excel at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and your attention to detail ensures nothing slips through the cracks.
- Proactive & Collaborative: You thrive in a team environment, always looking for ways to improve processes and contribute to the success of the team.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
