We are currently looking to add a Promoter to promote awareness at our locations in Las Vegas at ARIA, Bellagio, Mandalay Bay and Four Seasons. QUALIFICATIONS:Skilled promoter with a strong hospitality and sales backgroundHighly self-motivated and dependableOutgoing with great communication skillsAbility to present a professional and neat appearanceAbility to work weekend morning and afternoon shiftsMust have positive energy throughout the dayMust be effective as part of a team; ability to interact with internal and external customers, managers, and co-workers in a professional, courteous mannerRESPONSIBILITIES:The primary function of the Promoter is to increase bookings The position requires sourcing potential guests from the local population, hotels and casinos, social media, and other relevant channelsEngaging and providing potential guests with information to visit Kalologie venuesEducating oneself with selling/promoting techniques and service offeringsMaintaining high levels of guest engagementDeveloping relationships to create repeat customersCreating a reliable and updated network of former and future guests, industry contacts, and reputable leadsMaintaining a positive, friendly, and professional attitude with co-workers and guestsMaintaining a professional appearance and adhering to dress code in line with the company policyMaintaining a high level of confidentiality regarding guest and company informationAssisting with and/or completing additional tasks as assignedKalologie offers competitive salaries, generous service discounts, and ongoing training opportunities.
