RHI has five model home centers, located throughout Western Pennsylvania in Butler, Greensburg, New Alexandria, Prospect, and Vandergrift. Each sales center has a sales manager, who supervises and assists the sales staff with new and existing sales. As a customer service representative, it is preferred that you work out of the corporate office in Vandergrift, PA. You will be making phone calls to customers to provide additional information and check on their home buying status. You will be updating customer records and report the information back to the corporate office. Job Responsibilities Be on time. Keep office space neat and clean. Learn the products/services and talk to customers about them. Make phone calls to customers. Update customer records in CRM. Provide customers with the appropriate materials and answer questions. Provide information about pricing, warranty, delivery, and set up. Perform basic administrative tasks such as answering phones, making calls, computer work, paperwork, etc. Make phone calls and talk on the phone with customers Hours It is preferred that customer service reps work Monday through Friday from 9am until 5pm. RHI is open on Saturdays from 10am until 4pm if a day needs to be made up or switched. Compensation Customer service representatives are paid based on a salary of $26,000 per year. 6 paid holidays a year 1 week paid vacation after one-year employment 2 weeks paid vacation after two years of employment 401k with employer match (available after one year) Health insurance for employees with a 30% coinsurance premium (available after 90 days of employment). Family coverage is available for an extra charge if requested. If health insurance is not needed, a buyout program is available. Other benefits include a $15,000 life insurance policy on employees and short-term disability insurance that pays $200 a week. Both of these are available at an extra charge to the employee after 90 days of employment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
