Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate a customer service window, handling a variety of transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Utilize computer systems to verify customer information, complete transactions, and protect customers and the bank from fraud.
- Accept and process deposits, verify endorsements, and issue receipts.
- Provide additional customer services, including bank money orders and other services.
- Assist in ATM balancing and settlement, as well as vault balancing, as requested.
- Promote the bank's services, answer questions regarding banking matters, and direct customers to other branch team members for specialized services.
- Identify customer needs and contribute to branch goals and sales and service standards.
- Execute professional sales and service behaviors, utilizing the Sales & Service Opportunity tool to track customer interactions.
- High school diploma or equivalent basic academic education.
- One to two years of general experience and successful completion of the retail training program.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for 2 hours per day, and use manual dexterity skills for typing and data entry.
