Key Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align HR strategies with the company's overall marketing objectives.

Contribute to the development and execution of company branding initiatives.

Utilize marketing techniques to enhance employee engagement and communication.

Review and analyze employment contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.

Collaborate with legal teams to draft, review, and negotiate contracts.

Possess the capability to communicate effectively with IT professionals and legal experts.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar role.

Previous experience in marketing roles will be an added advantage.

Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.

Marketing expertise with the ability to contribute to employer branding and engagement strategies.

Familiarity with IT concepts and the ability to communicate effectively with IT professionals.

Legal acumen to evaluate and manage employment contracts.

Ability to articulate complex IT and legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and legal professionals.
