Essential Functions: The Manager of Member Services will be responsible for the general oversight and management of the Member Services Department. Responsibilities include personnel management, budgeting, planning, overseeing relationships with OMPA’s member cities, presentations, and other similar duties. This position also manages a suite of programs and services offered to members and recommends consideration of new programs. The Manager is responsible for the implementation of new programs. This department is intended to be a proactive tool that keeps cities pleased with OMPA, thereby preventing disputes with members or, even worse, legal disputes. Member surveys reflect satisfaction with OMPA programs and services. This position will be responsible for member relations and will frequently interact with local city staff, acting as a public spokesperson. Education/Experience Requirements: Broad knowledge of such fields as accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc. Equivalent to a four-year college degree, plus 7 years related experience and/or training, and 2 years related management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
