As a pivotal member of our team, the Credit Union Advisor III is tasked with cultivating enduring relationships with our Members through various communication channels, including face-to-face interactions, video calls, and phone conversations. The Advisor is responsible for identifying Members' financial needs and recommending suitable products and services that align with those needs. Upholding TTCU's Mission, Vision, and Core Values is essential, and all interactions must reflect these guiding principles. Compliance with regulatory standards, including the Bank Secrecy Act, is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
1. Engage with Members and non-members to assist with loan applications, ensuring thorough communication and support throughout the process.
2. Facilitate the opening of new accounts across various platforms, ensuring all necessary information is accurate and compliant with TTCU policies.
3. Collaborate with Branch Management to foster meaningful relationships with Members, contributing to the achievement of service and production goals.
4. Enhance service delivery by staying informed about current products and promotions, utilizing tools like KeyInsight to assess Member needs and provide tailored recommendations.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: High School Diploma or GED required; a Bachelor's degree in business or finance is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 4 years in customer service within banking or a related field is essential. Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities, effective communication, and a commitment to member satisfaction are critical.
Work Environment
This role is typically performed in a climate-controlled office setting, requiring the ability to work independently or collaboratively. Candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
