This role will support reporting across all P&C systems, lead the ongoing assessment of current capabilities, explore new tools and approaches and ensure consistency when analyzing data across the organization. The Senior Report Analyst will partner with senior business and P&C leaders to assist them in the identification and measurement of program outcomes, trends and uncovering the story told by the data. This role will interact regularly with the P&C leadership team, including the Chief People and Culture Officer, as well as other senior leaders.

Day to Day you'll ...

Work with key stakeholders to understand business priorities and design and develop reporting and analytics to support meeting those priorities. Use data analysis to identify and share learnings across all P&C systems, programs, and processes, including Workday, Talent Acquisition, Payroll and Learning Lead the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of all P&C dashboards, including creative data visualization to best present the findings. Gather, analyze, and synthesize data from multiple systems and sources. Provide subject matter expertise on company data, reporting and analytics tools, and stay up to date on new technology and industry trends. Guide the larger P&C team on reporting capabilities to maximize both the use of and alignment to organizational goals, standards, and priorities. Provide coaching on self-service reporting tools and give troubleshooting support when needed. Be the Reporting Lead for the implementation of any new P&C Systems, working with all cross-functional leads to assess, design and build all go-live reporting. Support change management and training by providing expert input and support. Develop process and data models using applicable tools. Be the go-to expert for other teams for P&C systems and data. Develop and conduct presentations with stakeholders, including senior leadership.

What You'll Bring To The Team...

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience Three years related experience
