Performs monthly detailed balance sheet reconciliations and analysis by providing explanations to monthly trends. Records, monitors, and proposes monthly accruals. Develops and distributes reports monitoring in order to maintain accountability Assists management in identifying clinic operational inefficiencies and non-compliance with company policy and developing best practices. Assists in building vendor relations and subsequent negotiations as appropriate, including but not limited to, preparation and coordination of Request for Proposals. Works independently and within a team on special non-recurring and ongoing projects. Assists Accounting Manager with the training and professional development of the Junior Accountant.
