+ Develop and design detailed OSP system layouts, including route analysis, fiber optic cable placement, pole line and underground conduit systems, and other related infrastructure

+ Telecom design and documentation of OSP and Fiber design, documentation, specifications, and construction administration

+ Perform field surveys and site visits to collect data and assess potential construction challenges

+ Create detailed drawings and maps using GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software

+ Work closely with municipal authorities and other utility services to obtain necessary permits and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

+ Monitor project progress, providing updates and adjustments to designs as needed to address field changes or challenges

+ Analyze and select appropriate materials and technologies to optimize network performance and cost-efficiency

+ Partnering with Sr. designers for final drawings and calculations

+ Researching design solutions and industry best practices

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

+ Minimum 2 years of Fiber design experience

+ Skills and experience using a GIS based platform

+ Knowledge with OSP and fiber design
