Company: Oak Street HealthTitle: Lead Generation SpecialistLocation: VariousRole Description:The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for developing relationships with members of the community while hosting activation events at CVS retail locations in their assigned territory. At these events, Lead Generation Specialists will engage Medicare seniors in the community with the ultimate goal of having those individuals become patients of Oak Street Health, if theyare interested.On a daily basis, Lead Generation Specialists will be the 'face of OSH' in their assigned territoryas CVS store locations and drive valuable local growth for OSH centers. Lead Generation Specialists will host multiple activation events each day while also partnering very closely with a central team of OSH growth teammates and call center representatives.Core Responsibilities:New Prospective Patient EngagementOn a daily basis, generate high-quality leads (prospective patients interested in learning more about OSH and/ or becoming OSH patients) by effectively engaging Medicare seniors through event execution at multiple CVS retail locations in their assigned territoryMaintaining knowledge of internal sales systems ( i.e., Salesforce) and organizational goals by attending scheduled meetings to learn about new updates on services, workstreams, and initiativesCollaborating with OSH central growth and call center teams, as needed.Relationship DevelopmentDevelop strong relationships with prospects who frequent CVS locations in assigned territoryCapture and record customer information and sales activity into customer relationship management (CRM) system and other business systemsActing as point of contact for central call center team if there are any questions about the prospective OSH patientResolving any concerns & complaints new prospects may have about Oak Street Health by working with the prospect to understand the concern or direct them to another Oak Street employeeOther duties as assignedWhat are we looking for?Ability to quickly connect with and influence the right people - enjoy talking and listening to community membersa healthcare experiences and desired experiencesStrong computer skills, including:Clear electronic communication management ( e.g., email, google chat) and documentation of sales interactionsExperience managing through a CRM system, ideally SalesforceComfort with personal sales goals and results trackingTeam player and contributor to the overall effectiveness of the teamInclination to work in a results oriented roleSales and/or healthcare experience a plusAccess to reliable transportation to travel between eventsAbility to lift 25-45 lbs for event set-upFluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by people in the communities we serve (where necessary)US work authorizationSomeone who embodies being OakyWhat does being Oaky look like?Radiating positive energyAssuming good intentionsCreating an unmatched patient experienceDriving clinical excellenceTaking ownership and delivering resultsBeing relentlessly determinedWhy Oak Street?Oak Street Health is on a mission to Rebuild healthcare as it should be, providing personalized primary care for older adults on Medicare, with the goal of keeping patients healthy and living life to the fullest.
