End-to-end accounts payable, including receiving, verifying, and entering invoices as per the required time frame as well as prepare payments on time
End-to-end accounts receivable, including issuing invoices and packing slip, receiving payment and reconciling AR statements etc.
Maintain records and filing in good order and ensure documentation is coded and provided to management team as required
Respond to inquires from vendors and customers and reconcile statements of accounts payable and receivable in a timely manner
Record and reconcile bank and credit card transactions, collect and match all credit card receipts
Processing bi-weekly payroll(s) - e.g. importing and exporting time data from the time and attendance system, validating hours, running audit reports, inputting adjustments, calculating pay, auditing, verifying final hours and earnings prior to transmitting the data to ADP payroll system.
Maintain accurate and detailed personnel files relevant to payroll.
Monthly closing to generate the financial reports required by the government and management team
Anything related with accounting and payroll appointed by the management.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA certification preferred)
Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage)
